Puffs takes over…
2 of the 5 PAX pick up rucks and hold overhead while walking a lap around the 3 courts. Other PAX PT until they return. If a ruck comes down or hits a head, all PAX do 5 burpees. Switch and repeat until everyone has gone…that is one round.
Round 1: Squats, everyone made it around
Round 2: Lunges, everyone made it but, uh-oh, barely
Round 3: LBCs, the burpees kick in
Round 4: Flutter kicks, more burpees
We are calling this Lap Dogs. You get it if you were there.
