WARMUP:
It was cold so we ran a mile, grabbed a cinder block and jogged to the baseball field.
- SSH x 25 IC
- AC x 25 IC
- RAC x 25 IC
- Windmill x 15 IC
- WMH x 10 IC
THANG:
1) baseball (we did 3 innings)
- batter: kettle bell swings (AMRAP)
- pitcher: burpees (AMRAP)
- outfield: run perimeter of infield/outfield x4
2) grab those cinder blocks and run to practice football field
- bunny hop up the steps and back down
- 5 pop-up merkins
repeat x3
3) grab blocks and mosey back to baseball field for 3 more innings
- Batter: overhead presses with block (AMRAP)
- pitcher: merkins on cinder block (AMRAP)
- outfield: running again (2 lengths this time)
