Bunny hops and cinder blocks

WARMUP:

It was cold so we ran a mile, grabbed a cinder block and jogged to the baseball field.

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • AC x 25 IC
  • RAC x 25 IC
  • Windmill x 15 IC
  • WMH x 10 IC

THANG:

1) baseball (we did 3 innings)

  • batter: kettle bell swings (AMRAP)
  • pitcher: burpees (AMRAP)
  • outfield: run perimeter of infield/outfield x4

2) grab those cinder blocks and run to practice football field

  • bunny hop up the steps and back down
  • 5 pop-up merkins

repeat x3

3) grab blocks and mosey back to baseball field for 3 more innings

  • Batter: overhead presses with block (AMRAP)
  • pitcher: merkins on cinder block (AMRAP)
  • outfield: running again (2 lengths this time)

MARY:

  • flutter kick x 25IC
  • Penguin crunch x 25 IC
  • Dolphin kick x 20 IC
  • LBC x 15 oyo
  • flutter kick x 25 IC
