He’s back…..

Its been a while since I had Q’ed and since I had been in the deck, so off we went in search of some stairs…

3-4 PAX were present at 5:28. We wait for others in a low squat hold. About 11 were present at 5:30. We have this timed out pretty well — or so I thought. So we start our jog to the deck….oh wait 2 more cars are pulling in…so we circle back and pick up 3 more PAX. We jogged around the Riverside complex, up and down some stairs and were coming in to the back of the parking deck when we found another PAX lost in the fog (Dunphy).

We circle up for a gentle warm-up. 100 SSH, 50 rubios, 50 sobriety style arm circles, 15 merkins IC, a good bit of Peoples Chair (all PAX did 10 count, 5 count and 2 count), then we did 2 sets of 15 rail merkins and 1 set o derkins. We are warm now.

Off to the stairs. We assembled into groups of 3. PAX#1 ran stairs (top and back); PAX#2 did merkins AMRAPs; PAX#3 did LBC AMRAPs. After one rotation merkins became burpees and LBCs became flutter kicks. After that round burpees became squats and flutter kicks became heels to heaven. Last round squats became monkey humpers and heels to heaven became banana holds.
