QIC: Solo

This morning at Longwood Park, 12 PAX gathered to better themselves. Mosey on down to the ampitheater and planting the flag. We circled up to get warmed up.

- 10 Reverse Arm Circles
- 10 Jack Webs
- 10 Slow WMH
- 10 Imperial Walkers
THE THANG:
We mosey to the basketball court to hit a crab circuit. We crabwalked the perimeter of the court and stopped in each corner to do 10 of each exercise: 4count CrabCakes, 4count CrabJacks, 4count CrabHumpers, and freestyle.
After once around we we’re getting a little crabby feeling, so we circled up for 10 4count MonkeyHumpers, Monkey crunchers, and Monkey Jumpers 🐒
By this point we were warmed up and ready to hit the hard stuff. We head to the hill.
The original intent was to do a variation on the Bernie Sanders. Because all exercises are animal themed for the Salem Safari, we decided to go for BEARnie Sanders. We Crawl bear up the hill (this was not for the faint of heart). After assessing everyone’s condition we detoured to the parking lot on top of the hill to give our arms a break.
We formed 2 lines for an Indian Duck Race (Indian Run in duck walk position). The winning team was promised exemption from next exercise. Because there was a discrepancy about the definition of victory and it was pretty close we decided to call the thing a wash and shift gears.
We Inchworm with merkins at the bottom the length of the parking lot.
Duck walk back down the hill.
We had a triangle set up where we did a variant on a Ring of Fire (Bear Crawl around the loop then head to the middle with each PAX holding a plank and work our way around the circle with each PAX hitting 10 merkins)
MARY:
4count Dying Cockroach (10)
Howler Monkeys (Maintained a low ankle hold position while we go around the circle and each PAX hit 10 reps)
