It was my honor and privilege to lead the Pax today. I’ve been thinking about doing a leg and cardio heavy workout for quite a while and I also wanted to avoid doing tons of merkins. I think we may have to revisit this one down the road, as it seemed like a nice and hard change of pace.

The Thang
Run to the base of the hill – Split up (We’re all partners today)
First Group Sprint to the next hill level and at the top perform 20 squats and jog back
Group at the bottom is doing side shuffle hops until everyone is back
Switch roles and repeat.
Everyone runs to the next landing
First group Skips to the top of the next hill and then they perform 15 step back lunges each leg and then jog back
while the second group does high knee jumps until everyone is back
Switch roles and repeat
Everyone to the next landing
First group runs backward to the base of the next hill and then they perform 20 Jane Fonda’s and then jog back
Group at the bottom performs star jumps until everyone is back
Switch roles and repeat
Everyone to the top of the next hill
First group Broad Jumps to the 2nd light pole and then they perform 20 CC Lunge Jumps and jog back
Group left behind does low squat hold until everyone is back
Switch roles and repeat
Everyone jogs to 3rd light pole
First group sprints back to the start of the hill and there they perform 20 CC Box Cutters
Group left behind does Squat jumps until everyone is back
Switch roles and repeat
Repeat Round one again
