Warmup

  • jog a lap (1/4 mile)
  • 30 SSH IC
  • 10 Merkins IC
  • 30 Arm Circles IC
  • 30 Reverse Arm Circles IC
  • 10 Wind Mills IC
  • 30 Macarenas IC

The Thang: Track Bombs

We placed 5 enticing stations of torture around the track – each approximately 80 yards apart.  The exercises below were performed accordingly:

  • 1:   5 Burpees
  • 2: 10 Overhead Claps (double count)
  • 3: 15 Merkins
  • 4: 20 Big Boy situps
  • 5: 25 Squats

Due to time constraints, we repeated x 8 instead of the planned 10.  I think everyone was happy to be done.

Mary:

  • 30 Flutter kicks IC
  • 30 Penguin crunches IC

COT, BOM – Continued prayers for Cheech’s family.

Finished off with a victory lap to collect the duct tape.
