Who needs a coupon?

Pinky was excited to see the return of the log.  And so we began with 12 PAX for 12 stations. Knowing we needed as much time as possible to get through two circuits, we did a super short warmup.  I figured everyone would warmup eventually/immediately.

Warmup: Lap around the field, 25 SSH IC, another lap around the field to identify the 12 stations of pain.

The Thang: 12 stations of varying degrees of pain.  90 seconds for each station with no rest in between.

Lessons learned:

  1. Always offer to help a brother who can’t get it up.
  2. Sandbag toss over the goal post is harder than Frack & Blindspot make it look.
  3. Everyone loves the railroad tie!  Looks like he’ll be a regular.
  4. Anvil press is still hard

Thoughts and Prayers are with Sheed and family;  We love you brother.
