Thang- BOMBS

Cake and I decided it was time for Salem to experience an F3 staple, BOMBS. Traditional set up: Partner up around 50 yardline, one partner runs to goal post and back while other partner performs exercises. Switch until cumulative totals are met. Exercises were:

50 Burpees, 100 Overhead-Claps, 150 Merkins, 200 Big-Boy Situps, 250 Squats.

*Cake proves he still has some hops as he dunks on the goal post!

**Padding on goal post made for perfect punching/kicking back at the turn. In turn, we agreed its about time for a Beeper King-Kung Fu workout!

 

As we start to mosey back to car lot for mary, Q decides the PAX doesn’t look sufficiently exhausted, thus….Bear crawl to the road! Now they look about right.

Mosey back to parking lot, Space Jam kicks into high gear up the final hill. On his 4th workout of the week no less!
