Warm-up:
Railroad run w/ 5 merkins each, through parking lot and up Monroe Street to top parking lot. A couple of murmurs that this isn’t a good start!
Circle up for: 35 SSH, 20 Rubios, 25 F arm circles , 25 R arm circles, 10 WMH, 30 Imperial Walkers
Mosey back down Monroe Street to top of parking lot near entrance and planted Shovel Flag via Space Jam. Yes, 8 for 8 for him!
Thang: A little BOMB Action
PAX partnered up to work together on set exercise and downhill/uphill run. 1 partner started the exercise at the top while other runs down the hill, performs set exercise, and runs back up. Partners switch and continue until set is complete.
1- 40 Burpees at top; 1 Burpee at Bottom; Flutter kicks until recovery
2- 80 Hand Release Merkins at top; 1 Burpee at Bottom; Flutter kicks until recovery
3- 120 Squat Jumps at top; 1 Burpee at Bottom; Flutter kicks/planks until recovery
4- 80 LBCs at top; 5 Merkins at bottom; Flutter kicks/planks until recovery
5- 40 Burpees at top; 5 Merkins & 2 Burpees at bottom; partner squats until recover (Cake)
