Sandbag Relays and Such

8 PAX got after it this morning and got a little bit better.

Run the deck ramps from G to 5, lunge walks, back down to 3 for warm up:  SSH x25, WM x10, IW x25, MC x20, Parker Peter x10, Peter Parker x10, all IC.

On ramp from 3 to 4, burpee suicide:  5 burpees at each pilon and 5 burpees at start line… big boy situps when you’re done.

On ramp from 3 to 2, lunge-squat walk full length.  Low squat hold when your’e done.

Merkin Pyramid:  1 to 10 to 1.  Wide Grips on the 5s, Staggers on the 6 and 7, Hand Release on the 9s…and some Pop-ups in there somewhere.

Sandbag Relays:  Ground floor, 2 teams of 4.  1 man runs with sandbag to 2nd pilon, does 5 sandbag squats, returns w/o sandbag.  2nd man retrieves sandbag, does 5 sandbag squats.  Non-running PAX rotating between 10 monkee humpers, 10 carolina dry docks, 10 star jumps.  Team is done when everyone has gone twice.  (Not clear if Pinky did his squats with the sandbag, penalty assessed.)

Circle up for Usain Bolt Mary.  2 men carry sandbags up stairs to 4th floor, while rest of PAX rotate through dealer’s choice mary.  Flutter Kicks x50, LBCs x50, not sure of third one (I was chasing Blindspot up the stairs), Plank-o-rama.

Sounds easy doesn’t it?
