A Bricker

6 PAX won the morning and came out for a bricker.

Warm Up:  one lap around field, another railroad run lap, SSH x25, WMH x10, IW x25, Slow Merkins x10, all IC.

Everyone gets two bricks from the truck.  Sun Gods x20, Curls x20, Tricep Ext x20, Iron Squats x20, all IC.

Bearway to Heaven:  Line up on end line with bricks, bear crawl to 1st cone, 6 brick burpees, run back to end line.  Bear crawl to 2nd cone, 5 brick burpees, run back to end line, etc. to 6th cone.

Back to end line for Curls, Tricep Extensions, American Hammers, all with bricks.

Brick Relay:  11 bricks for two teams of 3.  One person does 10 merkins, runs one brick to 6th cone, does 10 merkins, runs back.  Switch until all bricks are at 6th cone.  Non-runners do 20 squats, 20 step back lunges, 20 CDDs, repeato until your turn to run.  On last brick whole team runs.

Brickbarrow:  In pairs, from 6th cone, wheel barrow with bricks back to end line.  Run back to 6th cone, switch and repeat.  This was terrible.

Recover, recover.
