Warm Up: 1 lap around field. 1 railroad run lap around field – Twitch trips over Pinky and does full somersault…blames Pinky. OHC x40 IC, Arm Circles x20 IC, WMH x10 IC, WM x10 IC, SSH x20 IC, 10 Step Ups each leg OYO.
To the end line
2 minutes of merkins
2 minutes of hopping back and forth over the (imaginary) end line
2 minutes of bear crawl to the 25, crawl bear back, 3 merkins at each transition
2 minutes of traveling burpees to the 25, run backwards to the endline
3 minutes of walking lunges to the 50, run backwards to the end line
3 minutes of wheel barrow to the 25, 3 derkins, switch
2 minutes of full field sprint
With only 8 minutes to go, we had to hustle down the other side of the ladder pretty quickly
1 minute of walking lunges to the 25, run backwards to the end line
1 minute of traveling burpees to the 25, run backwards to the end line
