Epic Lazy Dora Fail

10 PAX for an epic failure of a Q.  We didn’t stop moving though, and nobody asked for their money back, so does it matter we didn’t get through it all?

Warm Up:  1 lap around circle, SSH x50 IC, Rubios x10 IC, Vigoda x12 IC, GM x10 IC, IW x20 IC, MC x20 IC, 6 burpees OYO (for everyone without an f3nation.com login), 7 burpees OYO (for everyone who didn’t already chime in on holiday schedule).

Run to benches in front of Wilson:  10 step ups each leg, 10 box jumps, 15 dips IC

Lazy Doras with a circuit:  Here’s where the fail comes in.  Plan was to complete a Lazy Dora, with a circuit every 50 rep.  Lazy Dora is:  one partner does 10 merkins while the other planks, 100 merkins combined; one partner does 20 LBCs while other does 6 in leg hold, 200 LBCs combined; one partner does low squat hold while other does 30 squats, 300 squats combined.

Every 50 reps, run to the benches at Wilson for 10 box jumps and 15 dips, then to the sand bags for 15 thrusters, then do 10 burpee pull ups, then back to your Lazy Dora.  Had to cut the burpee pullups to 5, and after the merkin set, cut the circuit to after every 100 reps.  Too many audibles, and  at 6:15 hadn’t gotten to squats yet, so we circle up at the SF for low squat hold then 20 squats IC.
