Basketball season begins today (at least for our team at Roanoke Catholic)! So I decided to add some “fun” basketball elements into the workout this morning. Not sure if the PAX like basketball more or less after…

Warm-o-rama:

30 SSH
20 Rubios
15 Imperial Walkers
10 Windmill
20 AC each way
10 Slow-mo merkins
*All done IC

Suicides pyramid up and down ramp at each divider
Thang- Tis The Season

One member of the PAX runs to 6th floor and back down while the rest of the members perform the following exercises:

People’s chair holding/dribbling basketball
Feet on ball merkins (These suck….like really suck)
Squats with sandbag
Burpees
Flutter kicks holding basketball
Merkins alternating side to side with bball
Shoulder to shoulders w/ sandbag
Squat jumps w/ basketball
American hammers

Rinse-Repeat (2nd time through only run to 3rd floor)
Worked through Mary
