Warm Up: SSH x40 IC, WMH x10 IC, WM x10 IC, Arm Circles x15 IC, Reverse Arm Circles x15 IC, IW x20 IC
To the Rail: Dips x15 IC, Step Ups 10 each leg, Dips x15 IC, Slow Derkins x10 IC
Circuit: 400M run, 15 Lunges each leg, 30 Flutter Kicks cadence count, 15 Step Ups each leg, 15 Burpees, 15 STS w/ sandbag, 25M bear crawl, plank/low squat hold/LBCs until all PAX finish.
Repeat.
Bear Hunt: One partner bear crawls 25M, other partner runs 50M then back to pick up the bear, buddy carry back to the end line. Switch bears, repeat. Switch bears, repeat. Switch bears, repeat.
