The Thang:

Mosey to the far stairwell.

  1. Run to the top floor, back to the ground floor, then up to floor #1 (so 7 floors climbed). Merkins until all PAX arrive. All PAX Caterpillar crawl past three pill-ons. Barf…..
  2. Mosey to the other stairwell. Run to top floor, back to ground, then up to 2nd floor. American hammers until everyone returns. Circle up. 28 Monkey Humpers IC (barf….), 21 Monkey Merkins OYO, 21 Monkey Humpers IC (barf….)
  3. Mosey to the other stairwell. Run to top floor, back to ground, then up to 3rd floor. Peoples Chair until everyone returns. Mosey to middle of the floor then broad jump burpees (with 2 mekrins each burpee) to the stair well. Flutter kicks until everyone is done.
  4. Bear crawl down to ground floor (don’t worry about face planting Whatley’s back!).Flutter kicks until everyone is done.
  5. Run up to the top floor for Mary

Alphabet leg lifts, LBCs (21), Penguin crunches (21), Dying cockroaches (21), Box cutters (21), Freddy Mercury’s (21), Sharon Stone’s (21), barf….
