Warm Up:

To the tennis courts, three laps, circle up.  SSH x 33 IC, WM x23 IC, Arm Circles x14 IC, RAC x14 IC, WMH x11 IC, Overhead Claps x17 IC, MC x20 IC

The Thang:

Suicides:  tennis court suicides with 2 burpees every time your hit the start line, bows to toes at finish.  1st – run, 2nd, lunge walk first court, 3rd bear crawl 1st court.

Pick up 4 sand bags and run to parking deck.  Up stairs to top deck.

First half of merkin pyramid 1 to 10, included stagger hand, wide grip, ranger and standard.

Stair Bolts:  2 PAX run down and back with sand bags.  2 PAX on deck, squats with sand bags.  Other PAX perform exercise as called out by runners, included 6 in hold, flutter kicks, step back lunges, freddie mercuries, jack webbs.

Second half of merkin pyramid 10 to 1, included stagger hand, wide grip, ranger, standard and hand release.

Mary:  Heels to Heaven, Rocky sit-ups
