PAX showed up in a gloomy mist. We started by jogging over to the parking deck
Before warming up we were going to “Bodies hit the floor” but technical issues halted the song half way through, so Q improvised and played “Roxanne” instead. One burpee for each Roxanne.

The Thang:
- Indian sprint up to the 2nd floor of the parking deck.
2. Super 21: Cones marked 21 parking spaces. Starting at one end perform 1 merkin and 1 squat. Move to the next parking spot and add an additional merkin and additional squat. Repeat through 21! People’s Chair until all PAX are done. So simple, so painful.
3. Elevens. Run between the same cones. At one end perform Catalina wine mixers. At the other Star jumps. Start with 1 wine mixer and 10 jumps. Each lap add one or subtract one rep so that the total remains 11.

Run up stairs to the 6th floor, down to ground level, COM, announcements, namorama….
