Begin in parking deck due to rain:

Warm-up
30 SSH
20 Rubios
15 Windmills

15 Merkins
20 Arm Circles
20 Reverse Arm Circles
* All in cadence
10 Balls to the Wall Walks OYO
Thang- Watch your step!

PAX begins at bottom of the first ramp and performs the following:

10 Burpees
15 Squats
20 Merkins
25 Big-boy Sit-ups
Run up ramp, flutter kicks until everyone finishes.
Mosey to other side, bear crawls from metal grate to end (made tougher with wet concrete)
Rinse & Repeat set of exercises, run up ramp, core exercises at the top of ramp were:
2nd Floor- Plank
3rd Floor- American Hammers
4th Floor- 6 inch hold
Mosey to other side each time with the following from grate to end:
2nd Floor- Crab Walks
3rd Floor- Lunges (or splits for some with wet concrete)
4th Floor- Imperial Walkers
4th Floor, do same set of exercises, run down steps to ground level, LBC’s til PAX returns
