Warm Up (Dunphy): Lap around all fields, then railroad run (planks and hurdles) around lacrosse field. SSH, WMH, Arm Circles, WM, IW, MCs, Merkins.
The Thang
Cat Scratch Q: He drops the body weight 400: 25 Burpees, 25 Big Boy Situps, 25 Merkins, 25 Squats. Run to other side of field and repeat. x4. Not fun. As PAX finish 4 hours later, LBCs, Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercury until all PAX done.
Blindspot takes over: Run to parking deck. 15 Hand Release Merkins, sprint up first ramp and jog to 1. 20 Rubios, sprint up second ramp and jog to 2. Flutter Kicks, sprint up third ramp, jog to 3. Run up stairs to top of deck.
Mary: Dealer’s choice included Plank-o-rama, Dying Cockroach, LBCs, Flutter Kicks, Box Cutters, Bananas, and more.
