Street Closed

6 PAX (an even number for once) answered the alarm and navigated the dummy street closure for a beatdown at Overlander this morning.

Warm Up:  Lap around the circle to confirm the sign was a fake, grab sand bags, circle up, SSH, WM, GM, IW, Arm Circles, Merkin Pyramid 1 to 10, 10 to 1, boom.

The Thang:

Amble to the steps in front of VWCC, split into two teams.  One PAX from each team runs up the stairs with sandbag, 10 thrusters at the top while rest of PAX perform exercise.  Exercises were Box Cutters, Burpees, LBCs,  Next round is 10 squats with sand bag at each level.  Exercises were Hand Release Merkins, Overhead Claps & Arm Circles, Squats.  Next round is 10 Shoulder to Shoulders at top of steps.  PAX do BLIMPS, 5 of each, rinse and repeat until everyone has hit stairs.

Run to top of steps and go to the drop off circle.  15 Dips IC, 10 Derkins, 10 Urkins, 15 Dips IC, 10 Derkins, 10 Urkins.  I really like those concrete benches……10 Box Jumps OYO.

Run back to Gator lot.

Great effort from the 6 who came out this am.  Merkin pyramid set the tone and no one blinked.  We hit this Q hard with very few and short breaks.  Aye fellas.
