So Saturday was a Co-Q, shared by Pinky and Commodore. Pinky failed to read his damn email though (which is really Dunphy’s fault for forcing him to sign up for a second email account). Commodore had sent a list of exercises, which really read like a list of things to keep a kindergartener busy at recess….so 10 minutes before arriving in the parking lot Pinky put those exercises in something of an order….and off we went….(sadly Pinky’s atrocious handwriting prevent Commodore from reading the cheat sheet)
Warmarama: So we warmed up with SSH, arm circles, Rubios, Merkins, Derkins, Dips
The Thang:
So we partnered up at the middle of the field and we went on a Bear Hunt. While one PAX bear crawls, the other runs the opposite direction to the goal line then runs after the bear. Once bear is caught, he partner carries the bear all the way back to the goal line. Then all PAX did hand-release burpees until all done. Then we did some more.
Switch runner and bear. Repeat. Do hand-release merkins until all done. Then do more.
Then we did a Crawl Bear Hunt.
Then a Backwards Crab hunt.
Then a Forward Crab hunt.
Ok, thats enough hunting….then we Railroad ran around the field a few times….and then on to 4 corners….
Sprint the length of the field from one corner to the next. 25 Merkins. Then with partners we wheel borrowed across the width of the field to the other corner. 25 merkins. Then run the length of the field to the next corner. 25 merkins. Wheel barrows again to the last corner. 25 merkins
Mary. We did some Mary before time expired….No clue what it was but it sucked….
