Ran one lap around the traffic circle alternating yog, high knees, karaoke, and backward. Chased/avoided the Doe crossing the road.

Returned to the SF.

The Thang: “Cherry BOMBS”

Partner up: P1 ran from one end of the lot to the fourth light post (halfway) and did 5 Star Jumps (“cause baby you’re a Firework”) before running back to P2. P2 did the exercise while P1 ran. Switched and repeated until group completed the cumulative total for each exercise.
