Pain Train Baseball

Warmup: SSH x 25, mountain climber x 15, windmill x 10, cadre Phil overhead clap x 25, slow merkin x 10

The Thang:

Over to the fence: dip x 10, step up 10 per leg

Baseball: Divide into two teams:  20 Merkins at home plate, lunge walk to first base for 5 burpees, gorilla walk to 2nd base for 10 squats, near crawl to 3rd base for 15 overhead claps, traveling burpee to home plate to earn the ability to go again!  The game was called on account of darkness, tied 3-3.

Circle up: Cadre Phil over head clap x 30

Over to fence for derkin x 5, step up 5 per leg, derkin x 5

Run To top of parking garage: lunge walk to pylon for 5 burpees, bear crawl to next pylon for 5 burpees, crawl bear to pylon for 5 burpees
