In parking lot:  Slaughter start: 20 Brick Burpees

Warm-Up:  Run a lap around lacrosse field

Circle up in the middle of the field.

Duck, Duck, Goose: While the person that is “it” jogs around the circle the other 7 PAX performed the called exercise (which included SSH, High Knees, GetUp-GetDown, Copperhead Squats). While “goose” chases the “it” other PAX performed 10 merkins OYO.

The Thang:

Pick up bricks (one for each hand). Bricks are to be held for all exercises and if dropped all PAX must perform 10 Brick Burpees.

  1. Bear crawl 50 yards
  2. 20 Merkins
  3. 40 arm raises
  4. 30 raise the roofs
  5. 30 triceps extensions
  6. run a lap around lacrosse field
  7. Bear Sprint: All PAX in a line and in plank position (with plenty of room between PAX). The last PAX bear crawls to the front of the line weaving between the PAX. Continue until all PAX have crawled through the line.
  8. Side ways plank-merkin walk (Perform 2 merkins, then while remaining in plank position perform 2 side plank steps. Repeat for ~40 yards)
  9. 30 arm raises and 30 raise the roofs
  10. Drop bricks
