Warm-Up: Circle around parking lot. Circle up at Gator and performed various warm-up exercises. Cat Scratch approved of the speed and the type of exercises.
The Thang: BLIMPS w/Hills
We mosey to road that takes you to the top parking lot. We start BLIMPS at the base of the hill and YHC brought a coin to flip. The PAX took turns flipping the coin each round. Heads we run to the top parking lot to perform a round of BLIMPS and return, Tails we run just up the first hill and perform a round of BLIMPS and return to the base of the hill. We ended up running to the top parking 4 out of 6 times. The PAX thought the coin may have been weighted.
Round 1: B: 5 burpees
Round 2: BL: Add 10 lunges each leg
Round 3: BLI: Add 15 cadence count imperial walkers
Round 4: BLIM: Add 20 Merkins
Round 5: BLIMP: Add 25 cadence count plank jacks.
Round 6: BLIMPS: Add 30 squats.
Mosey back to the cars, Recover, Recover.
