Warm-up: After we watched Cat Scratch attempt to park, we took a lap around the soccer field and went into the tennis courts. We bear crawled the length of all three tennis courts and Everest back. The PAX thanked me for the warm-up. We then mosey back to the soccer fields to circle up and perform more warm-up exercises.
The Thang: Field Work
We ran the length of the field and performed different exercises at different points each round.
Round 1: 5 burpees every light pole. We partnered up for some wheelbarrows this round where one partner wheelbarrowed from the first to the second light pole and the other partnered wheelbarrowed from the 4th light pole to the last light pole while still performing burpees each light pole.
Round 2: Backwards run and 10 squats at light poles 3, 4, and 5.
Round 3: Forward run and 15 monkey humpers at light poles 3, 4, and 5.
Round 4: Sprint to the third light pole and perform 20 shoulder taps
Round 5: Partner carry from goal to goal. 25 merkins. Switch partners and partner carry goal to goal again and perform 25 big boys. The pax didn’t think they could do a partner carry that long, but no one fell over and got hurt.
We then mosey to the sideline to the bleachers where we would perform an exercise, run to the other sideline and perform 5 burpees, and run back to the bleachers to repeat the exercise.
Round 1: 10 dips
Round 2: 10 Irkins
Round 3: 10 Bench Squats
Round 4: 10 Step ups each leg

Thanks to Pipeline for hosting us last night at the Ballpark. Cat Scratch only managed to insult one person at the ballapark which is a win for everyone.
