Q’s pre-blast was to ensure we welcomed sissies to Friday’s AO. It was brought up on Thursday that men are suffering from a friendship recession. It was then brought up it may be due the fact we have men who show up to a workout and we call them sissies.

Warm-Up: Yog around the parking lot starting towards James Madison Middle. Circled up in the parking lot and performed SSH’s, WMH’s, FAC’s, Rubio’s, Good Mornings, and RAC’s.
I brought two cinderblocks for coupons for the workout. Prince Tuesday pointed out there were several cinderblocks nicely piled up next to Gator so I asked everyone to get a coupon. We then mosey to the top of the parking lot of VWCC with our coupons and set our coupons at the start of the trail that leads to the tennis courts.
The Thang: Coupon Work
We had a runner as a timer while the rest of the Pax were performing exercises.
Round 1: One person performed farmer’s carry with two cinderblocks a specific length. The rest of the pax performed 5 burpees and 10 cadence count SSH until the timer returned. We cycled through this until each member of the pax performed a farmer’s carry.
Round 2: Timer would run with the cinderblock to the first turn and perform 15 cinderblock swings and run back. Rest of Pax performed 5 big boys and 10 penguin crunches. Each member of the pax was the timer.
We lost and found Larry at some point! Larry did such a great job.
Round 3: Timer would run with cinderblock to the first turn again and preform 15 gobble squats. Rest of pax performed 5 get-ups and 10 should taps. Each member of the pax was the timer.
We then ran back to gator carrying the cinderblocks.
