Warm-up: Mosey around the parking lot and came back to circle up near the cars. Performed Good Mornings, SSH, Abe Vigodas, WMH, Forward Arm Circles, Jack Webbs, Overhead Claps, Merkins, and Slow Squat. Mosey to the Garage.
The Thang: Garage Fun.
Round 1: Started on G and bear crawled up the first ramp. When we reached the top, we yogged to the 5th floor and performed 20 merkins and took the stairs back down to G.
Round 2: Traveling burpee up the first ramp and yogged to the 4th floor floor where we performed 20 squats and 10 merkins. Back down to G via stairs. Cat Scratch complained to Pipeline that DQ’s workouts suck, but Pipeline reminded him that Legz was the Q today.
Round 3: Backwards run up the ramp. Yog to 3rd floor and perform 20 monkey humpers, 10 squats and merkins. Back down to G.
Round 4: Sprint up the ramp. Yog to 2nd floor. When we reached the 2nd floor, we jumped and touched the webbings of the ceiling from one end to the next. Performed 20 flutter kicks, 10 monkey humpers, squats, and merkins. Back down to G.
Round 5: Run as hard as you can up the ramp to the stairwell on 1 near the construction site. Perform 20 Carolina drydocks, 10 flutter kicks, monkey humpers, squats, and merkins. Back down to G.
Mosey back to the parking lot. On the way DQ was hinting he would have liked to have been in the snow (even in shorts) as I was teasing him about bear crawls and snow burpees. I could tell he really wanted to be in the snow so we did a snow burpee to finish the workout.
