Warm-up- Yog around the soccer fields at VV and squared up in the center to perform some exercises: SSH, WMH, Good Mornings, Slow Squats, Forward/Reverse Arm Circles.
The Thang: 4 Corner Escalator
Round 1: 10 Hydraulic Humpers (This is when DQ and I really found that wearing shorts was a bad idea since there was frost on the ground)
Run to the next corner
Round 2: 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Catalina Wine Mixers. Run to next corner
Round 3: 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Cataline Wine Mixers, 30 Hydraulic squats. Run to the next corner. DH said his knees were starting to get cold by now and he had pants on. DQ and I couldn’t feel our knees. Run to next corner.
Round 4: 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Cataline Wine Mixers, 30 Hydraulic squats, 40 merkins. *This is where Cat Scratch decided to join us for a workout.
Round 5: The pax thought we were done after Round 4 since we made it around the whole field, but I reminded them if you go up an escalator, you must come back down. 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Cataline Wine Mixers, 30 Hydraulic squats, 40 merkins. Cat Scratch started to question his decision to join us.
Round 6: 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Cataline Wine Mixers, 30 Hydraulic squats
Round 7: 10 Hydraulic Humpers, 20 Cataline Wine Mixers
Round 8: 10 Hydraulic Humpers
Fun was had by all and knees were frozen by the end.
