Run to 4th Light Pole and back, 30 LBCs, 20 Box Squats, 10 SSH
Run to 5th Light Pole and back, 30 HR Merkins, 20 LBCs, 10 Box Squats
Run to 6th Light Pole and back, 30 American Hammers, 20 HR Merkins, 10 LBCs
Run to top of LFH, Big Boys waiting on the 6, then 10 more Big Boys.
