Rolling the Dice

Nothing strikes fear in F3 men’s souls like rolling a die to see how many burpees they have to do. So, we did that.

Yog to the compass rose across Colonial at VWCC.

Warmup

The Thang: Stand in the middle of the compass rose. There are six sidewalks extending out from the center. Roll a die to determine which path you go down:

1: Upper body

2: Lower body

3: Core

4: Travel

5: Cardio

6: Burpees

Run to the end of that sidewalk, draw an index card, and do the indicated exercise and number of reps. If you rolled a six, you ran to end of the sidewalk and rolled another die. 1-3, double it and do that many burpees; 4-6, do that number. Rinse and repeat.

Gathered it all up and ran back to the parking lot.
