Eight (Ocho!) filthy animals met at #Overlander for some work and play. The best part is that it was not raining. The end was also nice.
Yog to the tennis courts at VWCC. YHC thought the lights were very Communist Bloc circa 1956.
Warmup, partner up, then Animal BOMBS:
- Bear crawls and 50 burpees
- 100 Oprahs (box cutters) and crab walks
- 150 Merkins and gorilla crawls
- 200 Big Boys and bunny hops. We cut it short at 150.
Run up the Really Steep Grassy Wet Hill. Mosey back to the parking lot for Mary and a sweat angel competition. We were all winners.
F3 Lunch at noon today at Martin’s; Dinner & beer at the Salem Red Sox at 6 tonight.
