Warm Up : JV gave us a description of the sky boxes and weight room at Edinburgh then straight to the tennis courts for IC exercises of Wind Mills, Willie Mays Hays, Mountain Climbers, Imperial Walkers, and SSH.
Mosey to farthest pitch (football field) for the Thang :
4 rounds of a goal line to goal line run.
Round 1: 50 Freddie Mercury at the far end and 25 merkins on the return end.
Round 2 : 25 Big Boy Crunch at the far end and 25 Spider Man merkins on the return end.
Round 3 : 25 Dying Cockroach at the far end and 25 Hand Release merkins on the return end.
Round 4 : 25 Leg Lifts at the far end and 25 ATM on the return end.
Intermission with extra credit core : Sharon Stone, Flutter Kick, LBC, and Merkins.
Next the Triple B’s :
4 Rounds : Line up then 10 Broad Jumps , return to line with Bear Crawl , 5 Burpees OYO (this was hard).
Next : Line up at goal line and lunge walk 20 steps drop for 20 core , continue straight line rinse and repeat 4 rounds.
Mosey back to the tennis courts , time for 1 suicide run with 1 burpee at each turn around.
Congratulations for Zebra’s Ocho. Everyone was soaking wet from the dew on the pitch 🙂
