Warm-up: Ran a loop around Riverside Complex and stopped midway to perform 10 derkins and 10 squats. We returned to the parking garage where we ran up to the 6th Floor. We then circled up and performed WMH, Slow count Rubios, Abe Vigoda’s, and Imperial Walkers.
The Thang: Repeating an oldie, but goodie. We partnered up on the 6th floor. While one partner ran down to ground floor and back up to 6, the other partner would perform the following exercises until their partner returned.
Exercises for Each Round:
Round 1- 5 balls to the wall, 10 squats
Round 2- 10 merkins, 20 flutter kicks
Round 3- 5 sky pickles, 10 monkey humpers
Round 4- 10 lunges, 15 overhead claps
Round 5- 3 burpees, 10 jack webs
Round 6- 15 imperial walkers, 10 squats
We then mosey down the ramps to Ground floor and recover, recover.
Note to all: You must wear a blaze orange shirt when Q so the PAX knows who is Q that day. I was made aware of that when I wore this color shirt today. Lot’s of mumble chatter today, so everyone seemed to have a blast!
