Five HIM and a HI 2.0 gathered for a smedium-pace 6.2+ mile run up Mill Mountain and back along the Blue Ridge Marathon 10k course. Nurse Shark beat his old man like a dirty rug on the clothesline, but otherwise the run was uneventful and a good time was had by all. Pipeline offered to pick a flat course for next week but Herschel demanded more hills, so hills it will be.
COT, Name-o-rama and Pipeline took us away. An honor and a privilege!
