Pax: Dunphy, Pipeline, Mainframe, Herschel, Cat Scratch, Legz

Warm-up: Mosey our usual loop at Overlander and completed SSH, WMH, Abe Vigoda’s, Forward Arm Circles, Backward Arm Circles, Rubio’s, and Merkins

The Thang: Since we have three schools at Overlander, I figured it’s time to go back to school and complete the Billy Madison routine. It’s a escalator type workout after running a loop. Each pax selected their own running loop and exercise for the exam. We first mosey to the top parking lot of VWCC

1st Grade: Ran a loop while chanting “O’Doyle Rules” and came back for the first exam: 12 cadence count squats

2nd Grade: Ran loop followed by the 2nd exam: 12 cadence count squats, 12 jumping squats

3rd Grade: Ran loop followed by: 12 cadence count squats, 12 jumping squats, 12 cadence count flutter kicks

4th Grade: Ran loop followed by: 12 cadence count squats, 12 jumping squats, 12 cadence count flutter kicks, 12 jane fonda’s (each leg). You get the point.

We finished with 12 cadence count squats, 12 jumping squats, 12 flutter kicks, 12 jane fonda’s, 12 curb lunges, 12 cadence count merkins, and 12 cadence count mountain climbers.

It’s probably not a surprise to anyone here, but we didn’t get past the seventh grade. Guess we’ll have to go back.

We mosey back to our starting point and finished with name-o-rama and COT!
