Let’s Hug (The Ground) Day Repeat!

PAX: Pipeline, Dunphy, Kwon-Do, Frizzle, Cat Scratch, Herschel, JV, Legz, Zebra, Bounty

Q: Bounty

In a repeat celebration of national ‘Let’s Hug Day,’ 2 brave souls got intimate with the wet, wet turf.

WARMUP: PAX ran around parking lot dropping on the Q’s cue of “DROP” to perform 10 Merkins OYO at random for a total of 100 reps. They circled around the statue and ran back to convoy. From there, they returned to the stadium stairs and ran a nonsensical stair pattern pausing only briefly to perform 20 squats under the pavilion. They returned to the bottom of the stairs on the field sideline. At this time, 1 PAX would complete a core exercise while the other ran, once again, to the top of the stairs and back. It would have been easier if there were more HCs but we didn’t complain (really). The core exercises were Freddie Mercuries, Box Cutters, BBCs, Heels to Heaven, and Dying Cockroaches. Once finished, we moseyed to the left endzone for the THANG.

THANG: 3 rounds. Alternating Sprint and crawl variations. Round 1 = Sprint 10 yds, Bear Crawl 10 yds, repeat for 200 yds total…Round 2 = Sprint 20 yds, Army crawl 20 yds, repeat for 200 yds total…Round 3 = Sprint 30 yds, Gorilla Crawl 30 yds, repeat for 200 yds total. Sounds easy, but it was brutal yet again.

WARMDOWN: Indian Run. Stretch OYO.

COT. Announcements: 2nd F tomorrow (12/18) at Big Lick Brewing. Band Camp is applying for a job with Salem City – send him great vibes! Zebra took us out. Too easy.
