9 Pax had a great crisp morning to wake up to and have some fun at the tennis courts.
Warmup: Run around VTC and back up Reserve until we circle up at the tennis courts. We then do some SSH, WMH, Abe Vigoda’s, Forward Arm Circles, and Imperial Walkers.
The Thang: We partnered up and did some exercises starting at the beginning of the first tennis court.
Round 1: Partner 1 performs suicides while partner 2 is performing burpees. Switch and repeat for 2 rounds.
Round 2: Partner 1 bear crawls to the opposite end of the tennis courts, jogs back while partner 2 is performing big boys. Switch and repeat for 2 rounds.
Round 3: Partner 1 performs suicides again while partner 2 is performing squats. Switch a repeat for 2 rounds.
Round 4: Partner 1 performs the crab walk to the opposite end of the tennis courts, jogs back while partner 2 is performing mountain climbers. Switch and repeat for 2 rounds.
Round 5: Partner 1 performs suicides again while partner 2 is performing overhead claps. Switch and repeat for 2 rounds.
