QIC: Zebra
Pax: Cake, Pipeline, Band Camp, Kwon Do, Zebra
Warmup: 1 and 3/4 laps around Spartan Field followed by IC exercises of 30 reps of SSH, Arm Circles, Overhead Claps, and Marco Rubios.
Thang: Group was to do an exercise picked by member of the pax while each member ran up stadium steps and back as the timer. Went something like this:
Round 1: Flutter Kicks – 5 up and down stadium steps
Round 2: Flutter Kicks, American Hammers (alternate every 10) – 5 up and down stadium steps
Round 3: Flutter kicks, American Hammers, Lunge walks (Alternate every 10 and to the midfield for the walks) – 5 up and down stadium steps
Round 4: Flutter kicks, American Hammers, Lunge walks, Merkins (Alternate every 10 and to the numbers for the walks) – 5 up and down stadium steps
Round 5: Flutter kicks, American Hammers, Lunge walks, Merkins, Bear Crawls (Alternate every 10 and to the numbers for walks and crawl)
