Bounty’s Brother’s 29th Birthday

Ten HIM came out to celebrate Bounty’s Brother’s 29th Birthday with 29 reps of everything. Happy Birthday Bounty’s Brother.

Warmup: Mild run up and down each step of stadium stairs all the way to the end…then back due to some complaining about how easy the warmup was. Run down to the field and Indian Run the perimeter of the field. Man-in-the-back performs 10 Merkins then sprints to the front. Repeat until all PAX have completed their Merkins and sprint. Circle up mid-field for 29 forward/backwards arm circles, Abe Vigodas, Imperial Walkers, and Freddie Mercuries. Run to endzone for the Thang.

The Thang, part 1: Bear Crawl 50 yards stopping every 10 yards to perform 15 Merkins and 14 Squats (around the 30-yd line, PAX did the math and realized 15+14 = 29). Stop at 50-yd line and hold Squats til all PAX arrive. From there, Crawl Bear the remaining 50 yards stopping to do 15 Marco Rubios and 14 Jack Webs every 10 yards. Squats at the end til everyone arrives.

The Thang, part 2: 2 Teams of 5. Each round, 1 PAX from each team will compete by sprinting to the 50-yd line and completing 29 reps of exercise then sprinting back. The winner chooses the next exercise for competition, the loser chooses what the remaining PAX at the endzone do. PAX not competing would do LBCs, Big Boys, Penguin Crunches, Merkins, American Hammers. . .Even though Zebra bested Cake twice, Cake had a photo-finish touchdown dive. We gave him a 10/10.

Warmdown: Indian Run around field perimeter with the back Man completing 5 reps of any exercise desired. Recover, Recover.
