Warm-Ups: 9 PAX, determined not to run, briskly warmed up with running stairs of the entire Spartan Stadium touching each and every step. Upon completion, they lined up for an Indian Run with the man in the back performing 5 Merkins then sprinting to the front. After a lap, they circled up mid-field on the 50 yard line and arm-circled forward and reversed, Abe Vigoda’d (at a Windmill pace), Imperial Walkered, Freddie Mercuried, and Slow Merkin’d 19 reps each (because it’s 2019, not because it was Bounty’s 19th birthday – which it was not).

The Thang: BOMBS. Three 2-man teams and one team of 3-men. 1st man performs exercise at front endzone; 2nd man runs to back endzone, performs 10 reps of any exercise desired, then sprints back to take over exercise of 1st man. Wash and repeat for 50 burpees, 100 Merkins, 150 flutter kicks (or leg lifts as Bounty mistakenly called them), and 200 Big Boys. Some PAX opted to run to the 50-yard line and complete 25 reps of desired exercise. Once finished, PAX returned mid-field and each man picked an exercise for us all to do 5 reps as a warm down.
