Pipeline didn’t get enough of the 7 of Diamonds from Saul on Saturday at #StarCity, so he ran it back on Tuesday at #Sparta.

Warmup: 50 yards of IW IC (or OYO?). Jack Webbs, Helicopters, Abe Vigodas, Marco Rubios, WMH.

Mosey to corner of Sparta field closest to cars.

The Thang: 7 of Diamonds #Sparta style, aka The Four Quarters. PAX completed multiples of seven reps of an exercise (a touchdown) at each quarter/corner of the field, with a brisk yog in between corners.

Round 1: Seven burpees in each corner.

Round 2: 14 double-count flutter kicks.

Round 3: 21 merkins.

Round 4: 28 squats.

Round 5: 35 single-count alternating arm-raise planks. (Might rename these the “Spencer Wiegard”) Frizzle was glad it was single-count.

Round 6: 28 Big Boys. Run backwards between corners.

Bear crawl to middle of the field. Box cutters until 6:15.

Recover. Recover.

Announcements: 3rd anniversary workout is Saturday. A 6 AM group will leave cars at Reserve and run/ruck back to Wasena. If you want to ruck Saturday, bring ’em and we’ll improvise. #StarCity moves to Fallon on May 4 not May 5.
