Knock Down and Knock Out

QIC: Double Humpee

PAX: Herschel, Frizzle, Pipeline, and a surprise visit from Rupp

Warm O Rama:

Run over the bridges, pretend to finish the marathon and then do an Everest up the hill below the bridge

Run back to the Wasena Parking lot and do some SSHs, IWs and then collect the basketballs

The Thang:

On our way to the pavilion for the next round of exercises I chased a runaway basketball and proceeded to stumble and fall over a 30 foot distance. I kept thinking I was going to recover, but I was sorely mistaken.

At the pavilion, we encounter Rupp who apparently had been looking for us. We did Dips, Steps ups, and then Derkins

Off to the basketball courts where we played knock out. Those knocked out did a holding exercise, while the winner picked the next group exercise. Today’s lesson is that we all could be masons, because we laid some serious bricks.

Jog back to the parking lot for COT

3 Year Anniversary is in two Saturdays and will be a 2 hour session. Good to see Rupp out again.
