Tabata’s 1/16/19

Q: Cat Scratch PAX: Dunphy, Double Humpy, Hershel, Buubs, Frizzle, Cat Scratch 6 PAX started the day off right with some Tabata’s for Breakfast!

Meet at the parking garage, run up to the 1st floor, crab walk first half, run to end and peoples chair. Then perform some Parker Peters, run half way up ramp to 2nd floor, bear crawl the second half of ramp. At top, some Merkins, then then touch each one of the concrete webs for half way, then run the rest, and finish with some more peoples chair. Then did some mountain climbers, run backwards up the ramp, and then something else before going across the third floor to some additional people’s chair. Finally, back down to ground floor for some warm ups.

Warm Ups • 20 Side Straddle Hops • 10 Windmills • 10 Arm Circles • 10 Jack Webbs • 10 Reverse Arm Circles • Merkins – 10 • Bolt 45s (Squats with 15 reps forth first half of a squat, 15 for the lower half and then 15 full squats), in cadence The Thang – Tabata’s! 1. Tabata burpees (exercise 20 sec, rest 10 sec, repeat for 8 sets total for each of four exercises) 2. Tabata jump squats 3. Tabata merkins 4. Tabata sprints Additional Fun • Stairs – Up to 2nd floor, lunges until half way, then switch to run the rest, come back down to ground floor and back against wall in seated position until everyone arrives. • Circle up for a little MARY • 10 Flutter Kicks IC • 10 Penguin Crunches IC • 10 LBC’s • Namorama.
