* Method of Travel: Bear Crawl halfway and sprint

* 10 Squats (55 total)

* MoT: Karaoke

* 10 Big Boy Sit-ups (55 total)

* MoT: Skip-touches

* 8 Burpees (36 total)

* MoT: Partner carry

* 10 Drydocks (55 total)

* MoT: Crawl Bear halfway and sprint

* 5 Star jumps (15 total)

* MoT: Run up to level four and take stairs down to ground level

1 Partner #1 performs one rep, Partner #2 performs two reps, and each alternates between ascending numbers of reps until they reach the target number. The partners switch between even/odd reps at the “top of the pyramid” and work their way back down to one rep
