Eleven HIM broke free of the chains of Snowmageddon 2018 to get a little better this morning. The weather had shut down the AOs for two days, but today it was back to life, back to reality and the DRP. A set it and forget burner was in order.

Warmup: Meet at the deck at Reserve. Capri Lap up to 4, where we picked up Cat Scratch and Puffs. Back down to 1. Count-o-rama. SSH x 50 IC, Jack Webbs x 25 IC, AC x 25 IC, RAC x 25 IC, Abe Vigoda x 10 IC, WMH x 10 IC, Rubio x 25 IC.

The THANG: Good old fashioned BOMBS. Everyone partnered up. One partner did an exercise while the other ran up the stairs to 2, across the deck, down to 1 and back to the starting point. Switch and repeat until the partners completed the designated number of reps.

Round 1: 50 Burpees.

Round 2: 100 Overhead Claps, double count.

Round 3: 150 Merkins.

Round 4: 200 Big Boys

Round 5: 250 Squats.

Down to 1. Two MOM: Flutter kicks x 25 IC, Box Cutters x 10 IC.
