Pipeline was sick of being wet and hot, so at 0530 hours he led the PAX on a mosey to the parking deck seeking dry ground and a breeze, only to turn around to pick up Cousin Eddie (Glow), who had just pulled into the parking lot. Then Pipeline led the PAX on another mosey to the parking deck, only to turn around to pick up Disclaimer, who had just pulled into the parking lot. Finally Pipeline led the PAX up the parking deck stairs to 6 where it was cooler and the soft, plush cement was not covered in dew.
Warmup: Count-o-rama. Besides the Enhanced Parking Lot Run, SSH IC x 25, WMH IC x 10, Windmill IC x 10, AC IC x 15, RAC IC x 15, Rubio IC x 15, Merkins IC x 10, Standing Hamstring Stretch x 30 seconds.
The Thang: Mary BOMBS. Partner up. One PAX runs the length of the parking deck x 2 while the other partner performs a Mary exercise for the duration. Round 1: Big Boys, round 2: flutter kicks, round 3: LBCs, round 4: Freddy Mercuries, round 5: Gold and Silvers, round 6: box cutters.
