Warmup:
1 and 1/2 laps around the field and the circle up for IC exercises of 20 SSH, 10 WMH, 20 Mountain Climbers, 10 SMerkins, 20 Rubios, 10 Imperial Walkers
Thang: 100 yard forward or backward sprints; every 20 yard perform series of exercies; Flutter kicks until all Pax complete
Round 1 – 3 Burpees and 5 Merkins at each 20 yard interval
Round 2 – 15 count Plank and 5 HR Merkins at each 20 yard interval
Round 3 – 15 squats and 10 Alternating Touch NO Merkin at each 20 yard interval
Round 4 – Incremental :15 planks with escalating straight arms falls
Round 5 – FORGOT
Round 6 – Bear Crawl and do series of Big Boys/Merkins at each 5 yard line
